He has received invitations to judge 5 different World Qualifying events around the World in addition to The North American Irish Dancing Championships. Passing the Adjudicating exam with An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha has been one of Stephen's greatest achievements in addition to being one of most important. Stephen achieving his adjudicating exam has been an incredible asset to the Scariff School, in helping him see his dancers through the eyes of an adjudicator.
Stephen’s goal has always been to develop a dancing school that becomes home to each and every dancer in addition to bringing them to a level of success they never believed possible by building character, confidence and the ability to fulfill dreams through hard work and perseverance.
